Helpful and friendly staff, all fluent in English. Spotless and modern facility with private parking. Wonderful restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Good location, easy walk to town and train station. Excellent breakfast, staff very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and the Ludwigsplatz. There were also bus stops conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

This hotel is located in a good spot as it is close to the highway and the city center, which offers many nice restaurants. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished and spotless. Breakfast is tasty and satisfying, with freshly made eggs. Some rooms come with balconies and patios.

One issue faced by some guests is the noise from traffic in some of the street-facing rooms.

The staff were absolutely amazing, they spoke multiple languages and even provided a portable air-conditioner in our room as requested. The convenient lift saved us from using stairs. The reception staff went above and beyond in answering our questions and finding information for us, they even drove past a landmark to give us the answer. The room was spacious, immaculate, and well furnished. The restaurant had delicious food, including a generous breakfast buffet with made-to-order bacon and eggs. The waitstaff was exceptional, providing outstanding service with vibrant personalities that had us laughing. There were beautiful parks across the street and nearby for leisurely walks. The city center was just a short drive away and the location provided easy access to main roads for exploring nearby towns. Bonus points for the bus stop right outside the front door. This hotel offers exceptional value without compromising on quality!

The noise from the street was unbearable, and even with the window closed it was still disturbing. The room was poorly soundproofed and I was frequently woken up by noise from neighboring guests.

Our Christmas stay was a pleasant surprise. The Christmas decoration was fabulous and brought an amazing festive atmosphere. We loved the welcoming staff who were effortlessly friendly and helpful. The hotel's great location, just a short walk from the city center and near to many good restaurants, made it really easy to explore the vibrant surroundings. The breakfast was delightful, with plenty of variety and tasty options to choose from.

Our room was quite noisy due to the traffic on the street outside, which made it challenging to have a restful night's sleep. the heating system was a bit noisy and at times it was a bit difficult to regulate the temperature to our liking.

Even though I arrived when the reception was closed, I received detailed instructions on how to get my key and get in. The room was clean and comfortable, with a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small balcony. The staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices. I would definitely consider staying here again.
